The new provision of Article 77 introduces an amendment to Article 25 of the Law 4549/2018 as regards the end year of the claw-back mechanism (which was extended from year 2022 to year 2025) and the end year of readjustment of permitted limits of pharmaceutical expenditures (also extended from year 2022 to year 2025).
