28.11.2013 – Adopted law – Pricing of medicines & relevant issues
Adopted law entitled “Harmonization of the Greek legislation with the provisions of the Directive 2011/24/ΕU of the European Parliament and the Council of March 9, 2011 regarding the implementation of patients’ rights in the framework of cross boarder healthcare (L 88/45/ 4.4.2011) and other provisions”.
Article 22 entitled “Pricing of medicines and relevant issues” is of particular interest.
