Draft Law-Honoraria & Settlement of Debts of the former IKA hospitals
Following the Public Consultation on the draft law “Transposition of 2012/25/EE Executive Directive of 9 October 2012 laying down procedures relating to information exchange between Member States, of human organs intended for transplantation – Settings re Mental Health and Medically Assisted Reproduction and other provisions”, please find attached for your information the submitted draft law.
Article 35 re the settlement of debts of former IKA-ETAM hospitals and Article 37 re the Ηonoraria to the NHS physicians are of particular interest.
