Disease-specific groups

Tackling some the biggest challenges facing patients and healthcare system in Greece requires collaboration, partnership and new approaches to research, development and healthcare delivery.

That is the basis for the creation of three disease-specific groups at SFEE addressing the challenges in cancer and diabetes. The groups have one aim in common:

• To help transform the lives of patients living with the disease.
• To do this the groups will focus on policy developments that can advance the care and outcomes of patients.

The SFEE disease-specific groups have been created to focus on addressing some of the key challenges facing patients in Greece and our healthcare system. The groups epitomise our #WeWontRest commitment to tackle diseases pooling our resources, energy and expertise.
