Meeting of the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies with the Minister of National Economy and Finance
Athens, 8 March 2024.- A meeting of the General Managers of the member companies of the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (SFEE) with the Minister of National Economy and Finance, Mr. Konstantinos Hatzidakis, took place yesterday, at a hotel in central Athens, with the main topic of discussion being the course of the Greek economy, the challenges in pharmaceutical policy and the financing of the health system.
The discussion, which took place under the Chatham House rules, and in which the Secretary General for Fiscal Policy, Mrs. Pavlina Karasiotou, participated as well, the immediate challenges faced by the pharmaceutical sector, as well as the necessary reforms that need to be carried out were discussed in detail.
The event was SfEE’s 8th Executive Briefing. Through these meetings, the Association has established continuous communication with the members of the Government and the stakeholders related to Pharma, Health, Economy and wider politics.
