SFEE Statement re the death of Yiannis Vlontzos
Athens, 18 June 2019– The President of the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (SFEE), the members of the Board of Directors and the Administration of SFEE express their deepest sorrow on the sudden passing away of Yiannis Vlontzos, Merck’s SA President and Managing Director in Greece.
Yiannis Vlontzos was a Vice President of the SFEE Board of Directors and a great colleague who stood out for his kindness and personal qualities, earning the respect of the pharmaceutical world as a whole.
Over his long journey in the service of the pharmaceutical industry, he showed ethos, passion and decency, merits which met everyone’s full recognition.
We express our heartfelt condolences to his family.
